SPOHN DENIES THAT HEPARIN CAUSED DEATHS OF TWINS AND NANCY GRACE DOESN'T BUY IT!
The death of the twins from Alice, Texas has caused a national stir. Nancy Grace from CNN the legal review show that has been quite controversial indicated that the pharmacy technician should be charged with manslaughter. Ms. Grace has been in the national news for her hardnosed investigative reporting and hosting. Spohn has vehemently denied any wrongdoing or direct correlation between the heparin and the children's deaths. El Defenzor has learned that the infants may have been more premature than Ms. Grace has indicated (she said they were 7months old and Defenzor intell indicates 5-6 months and there may be a question of substance abuse with the parents that some Spohn people are putting out there). The usual defenses are up: not our fault, twins were half dead already, another trial lawyer trying to try the case in the media by sympathy, we are a Godly institution, etc., KEEP IN MIND. THESE ARE THE SAME PEOPLE WHO HID A VIDEOTAPE OF A NURSE BEING RAPED AND BRUTALLY KILLED FROM BOB HILLIARD THE LOCAL ATTORNEY FOR 29 TIMES by their usual lawyers. I am surprised that Spohn did not have a nun for the cameras to slow down Ms. Grace. A nun against Ms. Grace would have been a real sensation for the media hungry public. Although we feel for the loss that the parents are going through the Defenzor will continue to investigate. Keep in mind that the damage caps that were placed in Texas will likely limit any recovery to 250,000.00 per twin and to get punitive damages our legal experts say that Mr. Patterson and the Watts Firm would have to prove really intentional, spiteful conduct which is very hard, especially with the tort reformers in this town.
