"I feel bad for Mr. Huerta but I can't believe how gullible people are. The Catholic Church got bought out and the media by Huerta and all the trial lawyers. Did you see when Huerta became ill how many comments were removed from the Caller Times? The media suppressed any negative comments and even Joe Gazin from 3 Eye Witness News called Huerta the Spiritual Leader and "Prominent Lawyer". This whole thing that Albert started was a machine to get clients. Joseph his son was not the reason. Mr. Huerta had been engaged in Johnny Land and used that to bring in clients. When that got in hot water he looked at Gospel Bands and the preachers and saw it as an opportunity to get clients. It was something different and apart from Joseph and preceeded Joseph's accident in 1998. Albert and other lawyers got together to run cases. Albert saw religion as a way to get cases. Perhaps in his grief over Josephhe began to be delusional that he could talk to God. "

"However, I saw firstahnd that he would fly in mystics and people from the occult in the 1990's and reach out to Cabala, Curanderismo, Santeria and other arcane arts. And those that wanted to be a part of his machine had to engage in this Santeria-like worship. It was only recently that Our Fathers House began to appear on television and to have a critical mass effect on a lot of people. Conveniently this organization coincided with attempted to heal catastrophic illness in those involved accidents and it was clear that it was to a lure to get in hurt people to sign up with the firm. The Catholic Churc`h was used as a front and elderly priest was used to legitimize this enterprise and the Catholic Church looked the other way just like with Mauricio Celis. Conveniently those involved were high placed runners and lawyers. It is clear that even the Catholic Church has been coopted. Fellows growing up with him even say that there were some bizarre behaviors at Johnnyland evern before Joseph's accident. Huerta was mesmerized by religion and its effect on mind control and control of the masses and the huge opportunities to get cases. There were other strategies like using musicians but that was too risky because of the links to the underworld and drug trade. With religion and the stamp of certain elite members of the Catholic Church wcich would benefit from his generosity Huerta became bulletproof. Only a stroke and the hand of God has humbled him and now the other henchman are running for cover."

" YOu have to remember that a lot of millions were made off the misfortune of others and my hands are not clean. I helped Huerta make that money. I saw Calderon and DeLeon also run cases for Huerta and they made more than most lawyers in a lifetime and were happy to help in the religious movement and to get the clients that were paralzyed and forever disfigured to become clients or part of the machine that would bring in clients. A perfect example was a burn victim used to recruit new cases at the burn unit at Memorial here in Corpus for Huerta. He was paid to wait around for grieving families( supposedly). But what I do know is that cops, funeral people, fireman, EMS, nurses, Home Healths, and police chiefs and international figures all participated in running cases, Even reporters were hired from the stations to help knock on doors and get clients. This is the truth about Huerta. I like the man and I wish him the best, but the use of priests and the disgrace that has been brought on the Catholic Church and the frraud that has gone on for two decades is over. Kepp my name out of it because my life has already been threatened by these lawyers that run cases that stand to lose money. I hear that those who went and knocked doors will be investigated and the lawyers behind them are going to be sued more and more. Can you imagine that he requested and paid for an audience with the Vatican to start all this. If Catholics knew more about all this they may not have flocked to Huerta so quickly".

Statement From Congressman Solomon P. Ortiz Regarding the Ingleside Local Redevelopment Authority that addresses the closure of Naval Station Inglesid

Today, Congressman Solomon P. Ortiz released the following statement regarding the Ingleside Local Redevelopment Authority that addresses the closure of Naval Station Ingleside:

In my efforts to continue to provide jobs for my district, especially the area impacted by the closure of Naval Air Station Ingleside, I commend the hard and successful work of the Planning LRA, which was formed just a little over two years ago. At the request of the Ingleside Local Redevelopment Authority, I have taken the initiative to secure $3 million for the economic revitalization of my district.

My committee, the Armed Services Committee, has started the process for this funding and has authorized it in the 2010 Defense Authorization bill. This bill still has a long way to go to clear the Senate and numerous conference committee meetings and then pass both bodies of Congress and ultimately be signed into law by the President.

After its formation, the Ingleside LRA moved in and immediately started producing positive results. As a matter of fact, the hard work of the LRA has now put the community where they are ready for the next step, which is to form an Implementation LRA. When formed and approved by the Department of Defense, Office of Economic Adjustment (OEA), the Implementation LRA will receive and administer any monies to help revitalize our area’s negative impact due to the base closure.

In moving the LRA agenda forward, I have deep concerns about the recent nomination of Nueces County Judge Loyd Neal to the Implementation LRA.

Loyd Neal has continuously opposed the Ingleside LRA, from its formation, to its implementation, to its current make up. Loyd Neal had two chances to serve on the LRA, both times he declined, even considering it, “hypocritical for me to serve on this,” according to a August 9, 2007, article published in The Caller-Times. According to a June 20, 2009, article published in The Caller-Times, Neal said that at that time he was “opposed to the representation on the authority” because of politics.

My question to Neal: Which is it?

Furthermore, Loyd Neal has served as an obstructionist to collaborative efforts like the LRA.

As part of the Coastal Bend Redevelopment Planning Committee, which was ultimately dissolved because of its serious and substantial political in-fighting, Loyd Neal’s defiance resulted in the Committee’s application being rejected by the Department of Defense and the loss of millions of dollars to the Coastal Bend, according to an article published on Feb. 13, 2007, in The Caller-Times.

“The Department of Defense’s Office of Economic Adjustment has not approved the Coastal Bend Redevelopment Planning Committee, formed in January 2006. Disagreement among neighboring jurisdictions about who should sit on the nine member committee has made it one of the last of about 120 communities nationwide to be recognized, said Richard Tenga, a Defense Department Project manager,” according to the article published on Feb. 13, 2007, in The Caller-Times.

This isn’t about any one family member serving on this board, this is about moving the Coastal Bend area forward and creating jobs and economic prosperity for all by appointing progressive-minded people to serve this community we all love and care for.

Other communities have received millions in funding from the federal government, and we are still dealing with local political in-fighting. My work in Congress is serious and I must do all I possibly can to represent my constituents.

Facts:

On Feb. 13, 2007, The Caller Times reported: “Councilman Willie Vaden strongly opposed Nueces County’s requests to lead the committee. ‘What you see here is a movement by Nueces County to take over,’ he said.”

In that same article, Neal put out a memo to Nueces County Commissioners, and The Caller-Times reported: “He said he asked San Patricio County Judge Terry Simpson, who chairs the redevelopment authority, that Neal serve as the chairman and that a Nueces County Commissioners Court assistant be appointed as the committee’s executive director. They also asked that the committee use Nueces County’s hired attorneys and base operations out of the Nueces County Courthouse.”

On Aug. 9, 2007, The Caller-Times reported: “County Commissioner Betty Jean Longoria moved to name (Nueces County Judge Loyd) Neal and Commissioner Oscar Ortiz as the county’s appointees shortly after Neal said he would not support the development authority because of the way it was written. ‘I can’t serve on that.’ Neal said. ‘I don’t support it. It would be hypocritical for me to serve on this.

‘I don’t agree with the method and I don’t agree with the organization as approved,’ Neal said. ‘I am sure Mr. Cazalas and Mr. Ortiz will do a fine job, but I can’t support what’s going on.’”

After arresting three Minutemen vigilantes involved in the murder of the Flores family in Arivaca, Arizona on May 30th, Pima County Sheriff's detectives are now actively seeking a fourth they believe participated in the home invasion and killings. The mother who took three shots from the vigilantes in the after midnight invasion of her home told detectives that the murderers consisted of a group of three men and one women.

Already arrested are Shawna Forde, National Director of the Minutemen American Defense organization and its Director of Field Operations, Jason Eugene "Gunny" Bush. Arrested also, along with the two officers of the Minutemen group based in the state of Washington, was Albert Robert Gaxiola from Arizona.

Detectives have now determined that the shooter of 8-year-old Brisenia Flores was Jason Eugene "Gunny" Bush. Grisly details of the murder of Brisenia and her father Raul Flores are now emerging. Jason Eugene "Gunny" Bush has also been charged with the 1997 stabbing death of a Mexican youth in the state of Washington. Brisenia Flores was a third grader at Sopori Elementary School.

These murders and other violent acts against Mexicans, Mexican-Americans and other Latinos by the Minutemen are sure to have grave consequences. There are now Latino civil and human rights organizations calling for the US Department of Justice to declare the Minutemen a domestic terrorist organization. These civil and human rights groups are also calling for "border vigilantism" to be officially defined as a federal hate crime.

El Defenzor continues its investigation of the Legal Wars that are taking place as Albert "The Healer" Huerta, the spiritual leader, fights for his life. Our prayers at El Defenzor go out to he and his family. However, the critical injury to his health has created a vacuum. After 3 decades of controlling personal injury cases in South Texas who is going to step up to straddle the powerful and profitable personal injury field in South Texas.

Through its 72 hour initial investigation El Defenzor has received confidential information from "Legal Assistant X" who has recently relocated who has intimate knowledge of the way cases are run in South Texas and nationwide. Under total confidentiality Legal Assistant X agreed to speak with us on the subject. We encountered Legal Assistant X in Victoria, Texas at an agreed upon meeting place and shall be a part of a 3 part series on how cases are run in South Texas:

E.D.: (EL DEFENZOR): Thank you for meeting with us. I wanted to first ask how long you have been in the legal field and under what circumstances that cases are obtained in South Texas.

LAX (Legal Assistant X): Since I was in my late teens I started helping attorneys get cases. Everyone knows that you simply cannot go "ambulance chase" to get cases but there are ways.

E.D.: Such as?

LAX: Such as having a network of families consisting of funeral home directors, policeman, fireman, government officials and case runners in a structure that is similar to a legal mafia or Soprano like structure. At the top you have men like Mr. Huerta, formerly Dan Alfaro and many others who obtained the cases through the system and who then funnel them to individuals like prominent white lawyers throughout the state. This happens especially in the good venues like Starr, Duval, and in the golden triangle near Beaumont.

E.D. Is it legal to do this.

LAX: The lawyers insulate themselves so they don't get caught by having someone run down the case not with the firm, they then contact the firm for money or other incentives through the "legal assistant" which is basically a runner who gets cases, they then have the runner go and sign the case and if they are smart the contract says that they have not been solicited in any way. Solicited means the case has not been "run" or "ambulance chased". The structure then has the kIngpin attorney (often a hispanic attorney) send the case to a white prominent trial lawyer who then gets a clean referral and they split the fee sometimes as high as 50/50 on it just for sending it.

E.D. What kind of money are we looking at?

LAX: Tire and rollover cases are very good and profitable as well as death cases or burn cases. These cases have made the runners who reportedly can get 10 or 15% of the case through "investigator fees" and often make more money than the lawyers out there who can't get the cases because they don't have the cops, fireman, politicians and families in their pocket to help with the cases. Some of these runners use police scanners and are very aggressive to get the cases. We are talking millions upon millions of dollars. Medical malpractice used to be good but that dried up and so did workmans compensation. Now the big cases are also being threatened because companies like Ford and Chrysler are either bankrupt or threatening bankruptcy.

E.D. How will Mr. Huerta being hospitalized and possibly retire affect the cases?

LAX: Mr. Huerta has controlled getting cases for years. I am not saying he has done so illegally or anyhing like that but definitely he has a network and has legal assistants that run the cases and are notorious for being aggressive. Many lawyers are not happy with this situation because they have the market cornered any time there is an accident. Some lawyers are also not happy because they have not been paid their fees. Now lawyers are suing other lawyers to get the fee back for clients if their case was ambulance chased or run. These are scary times for lawyers and for those legal assistants, many who would tell people they were lawyers and now are scared because of Mauricio Celis. If Celis ever talks I would start praying if I were those runners.

Albert "The Healer" Huerta critically ill: Who will Take Over the Monopoly of Personal Injury in Texas

This just in. Albert "The Healer" Huerta has suffered a lifethreatening stroke. Our prayers are with he and his family. However, as many know, Mr. Huerta and his legal assistants Tony Calderon and Big Bob Deleon have monopolized cases in South Texas for years. Many have questioned their methods and have compared their business to that of the Mauricio Celis and Watts situation. In fact, El Defenzor has learned that Bill Edwards, the prominent attorney in town has boldly sued them and the Wiggington Law Firm for barratry. The allegations include soliciting cases and a conspiracy to obtain cases in South Texas on a grand scale. A monopoly for years has been whispered to exist in South Texas included hush money, easy money to law enforcement, funeral directors, fireman, and politicians as well as justice of the peace officials who pronounce individuals dead in the rural areas. The vast network established by Mr. Huerta has led to referrals to Watts, Wiggington, and others involved in the club. El Defenzor has investigated the Texas Rules of Professional conduct and has learned that solicitation under any circumstance is illegal and that an attorney who refers a case must remain significantly involved. Will attorneys who have received cases from Huerta with he being temporarily or God forbid permanently impaired try to cut Huerta out. Will his children who have not blazed their own trail been able to straddle the mantle. Many believe not. El Defenzor begins to launch its investigation of the power base that have run cases starting with the Huerta law firm. Perhaps the struggle for cases and the monopoly has come to an end. In the end perhaps it is an era that has come and gone of Huerta and his runners Calderon and Big Bob Deleon. El Defenzor is carefully investigating cases and is asking for anyone who has information that would shed light on the monopoly of cases and possible barratry to contribute to the discussion. Do Attorneys like Bill Edwards need to police other lawyers. Did Thomas J. Henry start an avalanche that may baptize lawyers who solicit cases in fire?

Editorial: Priscilla Leal Begins To Throw Mud In The Face Of Her Rival (by way of her “hired gun” – Roland Garza)

Corpus Christi, Texas – Priscilla Leal in her bout to try to regain her seat on the city council has stooped to an all time low – i.e., gutter level. She has egged on Roland Garza (who has a radio spot of Tejano Radio 104.9 FM) to begin to raise unfounded, baseless, groundless allegations and rumors about her formidable and well-liked political opponent: Roland Barrera. Garza in a desperate and insensitive and cold manner has begun to untruthfully and spitefully declare that a government agency is looking into Barrera’s business ethics and practices. Not True!

Barrera – who is sociable, of a high ethical fibre, and who is nimble-minded – has begun to soar in the popular ratings with District 3 voters (according to one analysist): it has been predicted – at this juncture -- that he has a smidgen of an advantage to gain a victory over the incumbent, Ms. Leal.

Why is Garza (who claims to be a civil rights leader) getting gutter level? “The roof is caving in. Priscilla Leal was a good friend he ran for office and has used to negotiate in his day-in and day-out dealing in reference to factors that affect his lifestyle and stealthy career,” one observer told El Defenzor. “Roland Garza must have a dark past and a dark chest that is being manifested in the present. His power-mongering attitude is that Priscilla Leal’s office seems to be (in his mind's eye) his own socio-political turf that he can use to puppeteer his influence.”

Ms. Leal -- who is a public official -- and who has never returned a telephone call to this publication is the one that should be held accountable. She has openly postured herself with the Lencho Rendon crowd and in the process alienated many due to her focalized interest. The other sectors of the community she should be representing feel ignored. She has been described by some as “anti-social”; she has been described as “not being an assertive voice” for District 3 – a district has a large working class Hispanic population and the burden of poverty lurks in many a residence there. Yet disgusting due to the avarice face of vested interest overseeing this race, Roland Garza continues on a daily basis (due to his own motivation or that of Lencho) to use his influence both on the radio and with a few civil rights groups to superimpose his bias opinion on this matter. He endorses and fabricates facts about Leal's popular opponent -- even though Ms. Lean has a poor and inattentive record, a poor record in being the “face and voice” (as a resident put it) for this long ignored sector of Corpus Christi. Barrera, her rival, has stood calm in this tempestuous campaign.

Why is Roland Barrera gaining a lead over Ms. Leal? Roland Barrera – this candidate is one that is needed in this demanding and trying times. He is clearly the best suited to be the face and voice of District 3 in the City Council. His platform and actions reach out more fairly to more groups in the community. He has tried to be inclusive and not exclusive as Ms. Leal has.

Barrera (if elected) will be the independent and assertive voice that we need in District 3. His heart beats with a key viable in our mutual vision -- i.e., to find creative ways to provide for our families. He will not only proactively explore the ladder but has a master plan that includes all of the residents of District 3.

IS BANALES VIOLATING JUDICIAL ETHICS BY HAVING HIS CONTROLLER BARGER EMPLOY ALL HIS FAMILY?

In the latest whispers prior to Maximum Manuel defending his seat, it is said that his controller Darrel Barger for years has appeared in front of Banales while employing all his children at the Barger firm? Pura Latina is on the case and a judicial complaint is being contemplated. Lawyers from Houston contacted seem to conclude this is a violation of the judicial ethics and a total conflict that many lawyers on the opposite side apparently had no clue about.

More to come. I smell political season and Maximum Manuel is going to face the election of his life. His opponents and potential people against him are legion.

DORELLA ELIZONDO: A Role Model For Our Times

Alice, Texas -- Dorella Elizondo is a team player. She is impartial and friendly -- yet at a moment’s notice -- she can summon the courage to stand up for what is right for her native community – even if she has to “swim against the stream.” Many in the community have told this publication that Ms. Elizondo seems to radiate with a sense of a “higher cause”. She has a higher ethical fiber than traditional politicians. Be it an issue of fiscal accountability, be it a community health concern, be it an issue that addresses a long ignored area – how many are the actions on the council that have connected her with the average citizen of Alice.

Councilperson Elizondo, who grew up amidst challenges and in a humble household, added: “I feel that most citizens trust me and see me as approachable because I have done my best to be an unbiased member of the council. I don’t just react to an issue; I reflect on it first, before I take action. I want to make sure all sides are heard and properly represented. I always remind myself of my humble origins, of the reason I sought this seat. I ran for office to make sure that the best interest of the city be made priority, and thus and so in the beginning I vowed not to submit to the whims of a few who are motivated by special interest.”

“Team work” – this is what will bring out the best in Alice, Texas: Ms. Elizondo emphasized. “You can’t promise someone the moon just to have a chance to sit on the council. One person doesn’t make a council. It takes a vote of three to have a majority and move things forward. Team work, forming a consensus, tolerating different points of view – these are the qualities a person who sits on the city council needs to have. I bow to no vested interest group. I am financially independent and do not have to compromise my beliefs to compensate my earnings. The citizens of Alice, Texas have been (and will continue to be) my conscience.”

Not too long ago Councilperson Elizondo did reflect on the idea of running for mayor but decided not to do so for very unselfish reasons. She knew the town had to be united at this phase – when one of the candidates (Rito Silva) announced for the mayoral seat, Ms. Elizondo felt he would be a good fit and live up to the full meaning of the word – “professional.” Instead, she decided to seek re-election to the council so as to continue to nurture the cause she had started.

The stimulus bill, the remodeling of Texas Boulevard (with the accompanying sewer and water lines) and other issues still on the table, the work that awaits to be done on South Highway 281 – these are just a few of the projects she wants to see realized. She feels come Election Day a receptive and professional acting city council will be in place. “I decided to seek reelection to the council and play an indispensable role at this juncture as someone who can share her experience in budgeting and in mustering a consensus in regards to many a project,” she chimed in.

Councilperson Elizondo is a prominent businesswoman that sits on the city council. She is the Chief Financial Officer and Co-owner (for over a decade) of Del Cielo Homecare. Her success and insights in the free enterprise system greatly compliment her tenure on the city council.

Elizondo did state frankly that incoming Mayor Dr. Rito Silva will infuse a novel intensity of optimism in the council. She also added that a bona fide passion in City Manager Ray De Los Santos Jr. (who has diligently mapped out a responsible path for the municipality) exists. She feels that “stability” – this word is like a “nutrient and vitamin” that will greatly improve the social and political and economic status of Alice, Texas. “We have had both ebbs and flows (when it comes to confidence in public officials) in the last few years. The reason: we have had to go through a pair of city managers and assistant city managers. But with City Manager De Los Santos Jr., I feel that this is where the tire meets the road. He is saying that ‘together’: we can revive the pride that one rang very loud in Alice, Texas.”

To zoom in on the larger picture: The Jim Wells County area is feeling an economic pinch due to a dwindling regional economic crisis. Ms. Elizondo explains why the City of Alice demands in this trying times a representative in the best sense of the word: “This area is a petroleum-based community; the layoffs are mounting. We are also starting to notice that our hotels and tourist industry not have as much business as they used to. This will logically lead in time (if the pattern continues) to decreasing revenues… This is the time that your representatives will be tested, tested via how they react and act to meet the concerns of both the public and their respective duties to the office.”

“I need your vote. I -- for one -- want to see a proactive council yet with a pragmatic consciousness in reference to the finances available. I’ve seen this before, I’ve been here. We will pull together and survive it.”

Councilperson Elizondo wants to zero in more assertively on both beautifying and renovating city parks. She shared an experience: “On a recent visit to Houston, I visited a park in the area constructed out of 70 percent recyclable material. Can you imagine the creativity involved? The park integrated bike and walking trails, a spot for skateboarding and a water area that had built-in fountains.”

The above experience brought her focus back on what local parks, such as Anderson Park, offer to the residents of Alice. “I want to see grant money be secured to realize such improvements,” she detailed.

“Anderson Park” – she wants to see walking trails and an enhanced pool. She wants to see the city attempt to acquire non-traditional monies and resources to finance the work at Anderson Park.

The city’s equity plan? This is an area she wants to see worked on to address the obvious discrepancies that many an employee face in the city. “We want to make sure they are compensated equitably,” she emphasized.

She wants to be fair and do her best to hearten employees to acquire both the educational and occupational skills needed. She is a firm believer in both continuing and adult education. “No one is ever too old (or vice-a-versa) to learn something new. I want to see the city hire people on a probation period, and offer them the opportunity to take GED courses (if they lack a diploma), so that we can get them the needed qualification. Our aim is to improve the quality of life for our employees and their families. This will lead to better job performance and will collectively encourage everyone to higher standards. It is an investment in our city’s future.”

Robstown, Texas -- One of the most insightful sayings in politics is credited to Alfred E. Smith, who in 1936 summed up the words of most politicians by saying, “No matter how thin they slice it, it’s still baloney.” Interestingly, we don’t have to look too far to find a politico who personifies this saying. This “Politico Baloney” is a former Robstown School Board member who is seeking to return to the board in the upcoming May 9th Robstown School Board election.
Two weeks ago, a front page article in a local publication noted that this former Robstown School Board member had illegally posted his campaign signs throughout the city. In response, the “Politico Baloney” claimed that what he did is “no big deal,” however; his actions clearly demonstrate a repulsive arrogance that completely disrespects the law. This “Politico Baloney” is none other than Oscar “Quate” Lopez, who despite having full knowledge that ALL his political signs did not comply with state law (because they did not contain legally required information and subject to a $4,000.00 fine); he went ahead and put them up—bragging that the only law that matters is: “Lo Que Diga Quate!” (What Quate Says!). This is unfettered arrogance. However, Mr. Lopez’ insolence is nothing new.
Anyone familiar with Robstown School Board politics may remember Oscar Lopez’ infamous hit-list when he served on the school board. In fact, Oscar Lopez’ hit-list was the blue-print Dr. Roberto Garcia used to fire 42 hardworking, long-time, Robstown ISD employees and their families. To further make his point, while serving on the school board, Oscar Lopez was also able to keep several highly qualified individuals from obtaining jobs with the district declaring that he do so because: “No Valen Madre!” (They’re not worth a damn!). Now, Oscar “El Politico Baloney” Lopez say’s he’ll rehire the 42 employees Garcia fired…Yea, Sure…Go poke someone else’s eyes. Oscar “El Politico Baloney” Lopez didn’t speak up for the 42 employees when they were fired, and he sure as hell won’t speak up for them to be rehired. In politics, this is known as “speaking from both sides of the mouth” something Oscar “El Politico Baloney” Lopez is very good at!
The truth is “El Politico Baloney” is disrespectful, self-serving, vulgar in his manner of speech, and harbors malcontentment in his heart. “El Politico Baloney” is no friend to teachers, students, parents, and education in general. Make no mistake about it, Oscar “El Politico Baloney” Lopez is for Oscar Lopez and the lone thing he’s interested in is adulation and self-glory. The only ones “El Politico Baloney” will ever help are a handful of indolent, comical characters that profit by doing his bidding. Recently, a former Lopez supporter confessed he heard “El Politico Baloney” boast that the “reason he’s running for the School Board is to help his protégé, Adolfo Lopez,” who was rightly removed as President of the Robstown School Board last month. Why isn’t “El Politico Baloney” running to help students, teachers, and parents, instead of running to help a “walking disaster” like Adolfo Lopez, who would rather defend the oppressor than the oppressed.
If Oscar “El Politico Baloney” Lopez blatantly defies an easy to follow law like the Election Code, “What can we expect of him when it comes to more important matters?” Sadly, the seeds of sleaze have taken root within this man’s being. Clearly, the next move is up to the voters— who truly care about our community. Let’s not allow a “Baloney Politician” like Oscar Lopez to use his bag of tricks against the most precious resource our community has, namely, our children. The only way to move forward is to vote for CHANGE!
